Is there a monthly fee?
No. You prepay a wallet and pay per message, per lookup and per number-month. Registration fees are pass-through carrier fees, listed on the pricing page.
Why do I need to register a brand?
US carriers require it for local numbers (10DLC). Unregistered traffic is filtered or blocked. Toll-free numbers use a lighter verification instead. We guide and file both.
How fast can I send?
Toll-free verification usually takes 1–3 weeks; 10DLC brand and campaign approval 1–7 days. Your account itself is reviewed within a business day.
Can I import my contacts?
Yes, by CSV, and you confirm every contact has opted in. Anyone who replies STOP is blocked automatically and permanently unless they opt back in.
