What we collect
Account data: your name, email, company details, and business registration information you provide for carrier compliance (legal name, EIN, address, contact). Message data: phone numbers, message content, media links, delivery status and timestamps for messages you send and receive. Contacts: the names, numbers and consent records you upload. Usage & billing: wallet transactions, API keys, logs, IP addresses. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To provide the Service (routing messages through our carrier partners), to register your brand and campaigns with carriers as you instruct, to bill you, to prevent abuse, to support you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your contacts or message content for marketing.
Who we share it with
Carrier and messaging partners (to deliver messages and register campaigns), Stripe (payments), email and hosting providers, and authorities when legally required. Each processes data only as needed for that purpose.
Recipients of your messages
If you received a text sent through Texttive, the sender is our customer and is responsible for having your consent. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we record it and block further messages from that sender. To reach us about a message, email support@texttive.com.
Retention
Message records are retained for as long as your account is active plus the period required for billing disputes and legal compliance. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely because they protect recipients. You can delete contacts at any time.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, secrets are encrypted at rest, access is role-based and logged. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the address below.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data by contacting us. Residents of certain jurisdictions have additional rights, which we honour as required.
